One of the most interesting aspects of Jethro Tull fandom is the fact that there are many different Tull items available to the fans out there. One of the unique items available to the fans is the sheer number of Jethro Tull bootleg CDs and tapes. While I don't have all that many bootlegs of Tull materials, I've decided to start up this set of pages devoted to the bootlegs that I do have. You'll find some basic info about each bootleg in my collection, followed by a short review of the bootleg CD or tape as well. If you like to collect these items seriously, look for Bert Maessen's This Is Not The Way Ian Planned It, which is a magazine devoted to Tull bootlegs, and a very good source for every kind of info on such things, indeed.
You'll find the following information in the this personal guide to Tull bootlegs:
Please note that this Jethro Tull Bootguide is a work in progress. If you have any Tull bootlegs that you would like to see added to this file, even though I don't have the actual bootleg album, tape, or CD, please send the information on to me in the format noted above. All corrections and other comments about Tull bootlegs are welcome. For both of the above, please send me e-mail.
