Welcome to my ADF Intercept Question Generator Game! v1.0.7

This page uses Javascript, so make sure it is enabled in your browser preferences.

Thanks to my friend Dann, who converted my original spreadsheet version to Javascript, and gave me Photoshop guidance with the images. Thanks as well to Kevin Ferguson, for adding the radio buttons to choose the problem type.

How it works:     This machine simulates a Heading Indicator and a fixed card ADF Indicator. Press button one to generate an aircraft position and an NDB track to intercept. Use the HI and ADF needle to determine your intercept heading. Use an intercept angle of 90 degrees for inbound tracks, 45 degrees for outbound tracks. Press button two to see if you got the right answer.

Good Luck!
